「百花子薑皮蛋紫菜卷」


材料:-
蝦膠..................280g
酸子薑塊...........8塊
壽司用紫菜.......2塊
皮蛋..................1隻
麵粉..................1/2杯
冰水..................1/2杯
鹽.....................1/4茶匙
白胡椒粉..........1/4茶匙


做法:-
1. 壽司用紫菜一開四備用。皮蛋一開八備用。
2. 把麵粉、冰水、鹽、白胡椒粉拌勻成粉漿備用。
3. 將適量之蝦膠塗在紫菜上,接著加入皮蛋和酸子薑,然後捲起;沾上粉漿後,放入熱油鍋內炸熟便可。
